We are proud to be Scotland’s first cocktail bar (or Agaveria as it would be called in Mexico) specialising in Mexican spirits - Tequila, Mezcal, Sotol, Bacanora & Racilla.
At Chancho we showcase modern cocktails with our own Mexican twist and offer a selection of agave based flights for guests interested in learning more about the spirit category and it’s parallels to single malt whisky.

Of course what kind of a bar would be if we didn't also offer a selection of the usual suspects you'd hope to find behind a cocktail bar so we can make you a wide range of classic cocktails.

Our selection of agave spirits is on constant rotation, allowing us the freedom to frequently change what you’ll find on our back bar & our guests the opportunity to try something new and exciting from Mexico. The Chancho team are always excited to share their knowledge and passion for all things agave and love nothing being asked for a recommendation.
